Harvest
Situated in the beautiful hinterland town of Newrybar, Harvest is a stunning location for dream your wedding. From their sun-soaked restaurant to their lush gardens, your options of the perfect place to hold your wedding are endless. Whether you choose to spend your day with many, or a small group, they have a range of different venues, menus and styling options available to suit your needs, and make your wedding a day you’ll remember forever.

Their passion for sustainability spreads into all aspects of your wedding day. From the kitchen to the décor, Harvest plans everything to ensure they are safeguarding and celebrating both our beautiful natural environment and the local community.
For your off-venue weddings, Harvest offer catering and a travelling bar! As one of a few caterers in the Byron Bay region with an offsite liquor license, it allows you to relax on your special day, knowing that everything is taken care of, from the food to the booze.
The first of many venues they offer is their restaurant, located in a stunning restored Queenslander. Light-filled and airy, their restaurant exudes a beautiful and inviting atmosphere for you and your guests. Featuring exposed wooden beams, bi-fold windows, hanging gardens, a stylish bar and a beautiful fireplace, you can expect nothing less than elegance for your wedding. The restaurant can accommodate up to 130 seated guests, or 180 guests for a canapé-and-cocktail-style wedding.
Where your story is entwined with history, Harvest’s bakery, at more than a century old, captures your special moments in its timeless and captivating charm. Warmth is the very definition of this venue, with its exposed bricks, wooden beams, original wood-fired oven and large windows that overlook the sweeping views of Harvest’s extraordinary gardens. As it is still a working bakery, the wood-fired oven can be used to create an abundant chef-cooked and curated feast. The Bakery can accommodate 10 guests for an intimate long table event, 40 seated guests, or up to 70 guests for a canapé-and-cocktail-style wedding.
If you would prefer an outdoor setting for your ceremony, surrounded by lush foliage and seasonal blooms, then Harvest’s Garden and Lawn Arbor is the perfect location for you. A beautiful, tiered garden, it connects the deli, bakery and restaurant, and produces organic ingredients which Harvest use in their kitchen. Share your special moments amongst nature, as your guests lounge comfortably on handmade garden chairs and lounges, under the dappled shade of the stunning leopard tree. For larger ceremonies, Harvest’s lawn below the garden is the perfect spot. A wooden arbour, adorned with flowers if you choose, beautifully frames your vows.
Harvest also offers a private dining room, for more intimate affairs, or elopements. Nestled behind their historic bakery, it is a perfect sanctuary for two to eight guests to enjoy a beautiful and intimate wedding.
Fig Tree
A wedding at Fig Tree encapsulates everything a wedding in Byron Bay is. Coastal country charm, rolling hills, sweeping ocean views, stunning gardens, and a relaxed, yet elegant atmosphere. Featuring a magical garden ceremony beneath their magnificent Lady Fig, framed by Byron Bay’s breathtaking sapphire ocean beaches and extraordinary sweeping views of the hinterland. After the ceremony, guests walk through their tranquil olive grove to enjoy cocktails and canapés by the poolside. Enjoy the evening dining on fine delicacies in Fig Tree’s elegant, and absolutely entrancing restaurant.
Byron Bay Hens Weekend and Bucks Party Activities
Hens of Hens in Byron Bay offer some amazing activities for a fun-filled hens weekend. Their ‘Let Them Eat Cake’ High Tea, features delicious cake, scones and cream, cucumber sandwiches and French bubbles, and is housed in a beautiful private venue. Or perhaps something a little cozier, like a pop-up picnic with pillows, blankets and rugs to lounge lazily on whilst snaking on grazing platters and delightful snacks, surrounded by fresh flowers and beautiful décor. Speaking of flowers, they also offer a flower crown workshop, which pairs perfectly with your picnic!
The Bucks Co. also has some awesome activities on offer, for a Buck’s party you and your mates will love and won’t forget! Live the high life and soak up the Byron sunshine on their boat cruise. Featuring a sun deck to lounge on, catering and a fully stocked fridge, you can be sure to have a blast.
